Gravett, Ph.D., SPHR

Dr.
Gravett is a Human Resource Management consultant and
educator with 20 years' experience in the field. She founded
Gravett and Associates, a human resource
development consulting firm, in 1991 and is a lead
consultant with Xavier Consulting Group, Xavier
University.
Dr.
Gravett's area of expertise is managing workplace diversity
and linking diversity initiatives to the organization's
strategic objectives. She holds a Ph.D. in Human Resources
Development, an M.A. in Labor and Employment Relations, and
a Bachelor of Business Administration. She is also a Senior
Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
Dr. Gravett
has partnered with diverse organizations to assist them with
meeting their organizational objectives. Her clients include
Toyota, Kroger Bakeries, The Discovery Channel, The
Environmental Protection Agency, and The Northern
Kentucky/Greater Cincinnati International
Airport.
Dr. Gravett
has been involved with the Society for Human Resource
Management for 15 years in various leadership capacities,
including State Director of Ohio, Area III Diversity
Director, and Chair of the National SHRM School-to-Work
Committee. She currently serves on the Board of the Human
Resources Certification Institute and Board of Directors for
High Schools that Work, Southwest Ohio.
Dr. Gravett
has been honored with inclusion in Who's Who of Executive
Women; Who's Who of American Women; and Who's
Who in The Midwest. She is the 1991 recipient of the
National Professional Business Woman's Individual Progress
Award and the 1999 recipient of SHRM's David Award for
Professional Excellence.
